“I was looking for a cabin to spend the weekend with my husband and 2 dogs. The cabin has a warm feel to it. It has games to play, hot tub and sauna. About 50 steps in the back yard is the fire pit then about 100ish steps to the pond. You can’t see the pond from the house but from the hot tub you can! The pond was awesome, there was 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards and a paddle boat. The kitchen and bathroom are brand new and very nice. I unfortunately gave a two on cleanliness. There was some areas……

“The location was perfect and the house was adequate however the house was not as listed. When checking in we were contacted by our host that a fine would be incurred for flushing toilet paper down toilet?? The back yard was awful. There was animal feces all over which was a concern as we have dogs. No gas for grill. No detergent for dishwasher/washing machine. No dishtowels. Low quality bath towels. “The Cottage is very clean and we enjoyed our stay. The beds are comfortable and the host is very responsive. The neighborhood is very quiet so if you are planning a loud party, this is not the place. Please note that this cottage is on a dirt driveway so if pavement is the only way you like to drive, you might not like it. Personally, we loved it and enjoyed the relaxing time while in the area for a graduation. Thank you to our host for a nice relaxing stay. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this charming 100-year-old property. It had a lot of character and was cozy and comfortable. The only minor issues were that the sheets and towels had a bit of a musty smell, and there were still some Christmas decorations up during our visit. Otherwise, everything was well kept, and we appreciate the unique, historic feel of the home. Thank you!”

“The cabin was recently repainted, white on the outside, pale blue on the inside. It had a pleasant bee theme. It was small, kitchen on one side of the main room and couch and TV on the other side. To use the air mattress, we did have to move the furniture around. The bedroom didn’t have a door, so my husband and I moved one of the tension rods that had a curtain on it to the bedroom doorway and that was satisfactory. This is near the main street, so there were regular sounds of cars driving by……
