“Not only was the house amazing, but communication with the owner was amazing as well. We would definitely stay again if we are ever around the Johnson City area. ”

Would have been easier to say corner of Valley & Reservior street.No communication from host,despite messaging x 2.Carport was big enough for 3 cars.No checkout info provided.”

“We stayed while attending the AT trail days festival in Damascus. We loved the home and the area. ”

“I stayed at this house for a weekend trip. The house was very clean. Had a lot of towels, linens and blankets, which we really liked. We have a toddler who is two years old and it was very toddler friendly. We liked that it didn’t have a bunch of breakables on the shelves and was very simple. We have stayed in multiple properties on different renting sites and this one was one of the cleanest ones we had been in. We also really felt welcome in the neighborhood of the neighbors across the street……

“It is so peaceful there and it’s secluded and it honestly brought me and my significant other closer to one another and plus the host was so nice and we definitely loved staying there and definitely would stay there again”

While this cottage is beautiful, and a peaceful respite in a town that has recently experienced the ravages of Hurricane Helene... be forewarned... you will find yourself surrounded by the MAGA faithful at this location. Expect the oversized flags... pit bulls... run down properties... and plenty of divisive pronouncements from the bumpers of pickup trucks. With that said... I never felt threatened by it... and openly walked through all of it, into town and……
