“This place is exceptionally clean and thoughtfully designed by Julie to feel as comfortable as home. My daughter and I stayed for two nights to attend a wedding and shared the very comfortable full-size bed. The sheets, pillows, and towels were high quality and spotless. The full-size kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, with water, sodas, and fruit provided, along with ample kitchen and bath towels. The body wash was also high quality. I highly recommend this place!”

“We stayed in the house because our daughter was graduating from San Jose State. The house was perfect. It is so adorable and we loved the backyard too. It’s is also such a great location walking distance to shops and restaurant's. Our daughter is staying in the area. Will defiantly rent again ”

“Property was clean, spacious, comfortable, cute, beachy and modern (not funky or grungy - very clean floors!) Very private to be up on second level. Centrally located - fun to be able to people-watch down on to main shopping street, from the comfort and privacy of living space. Convenient walk to everything. Bathrooms are updated, and especially generously-sized. Bedrooms are in back of unit, away from street. Both bedrooms could probably fit Cal King beds, but the Queen sizes were comfortable.……
