“Beautiful property, great owners. I needed help with something and they were there promptly. I wish that the weather had been better so that I could have used the outdoor amenities. I travel to Aptos frequently and will definitely stay there again.”

“Great location: close to the Capitola village, but off the main street so it stays quiet. We took our coffee down to the beach each morning and enjoyed the sunrise over the water. Well appointed and clean, timely communication with the host. We would stay here again. ”

“Perfect location for teens and dogs! Walking distance to great restaurants and coffee shops, and of course the beach. Clean, well appointed kitchen with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, quiet neighborhood at night. Hose near front door for sandy feet/ paws and surfboards, and small beach towels provided if you forget yours.One designated parking spot in driveway in front of cottage, easy to find street parking for our other car. Can’t wait to visit again soon.”

“It has been a really lovely stay in this apartment. All the basic necessities were provided. Very conveniently located to Santana Row (5-7 minutes walk!). 10-15 minute drive to San Jose airport. Hosts were very good with communicating. 'Will definitely book it again when in the area. ”
