“There's nothing else to say other than this place is the single best location in town! Even the million dollar plus homes next door or up on the hill have nothing on this place! Super simple and perfect. Panoramic view was unreal. Coffee in the morning through happy hour each afternoon/evening... Sitting on the front balcony people watching was epic. Ocean views and waves crashing... Never gets old. I almost don't want to pump this place up because we want it all to ourselves... Loved it and……

“Cute basement apartment in downtown San Jose. The owners were friendly and accommodating so was their dog). Booked for attending an event at the convention center. The convention center was pretty easy to get to in about 10 minutes. Beds are firm, kitchen has what’s needed for cooking, the shower is a good size, and it was easy to connect to WiFi. The price was great compared to the hotels in downtown San Jose and the apartment is much larger than just a hotel room.”

“I just needed a somewhere to stay at night and this place did the job. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were enough for me. The area isn't bad and its close to a lot of stores, like Safeway, Smart&Final, and Dollar store. There's also a bus on the main road that will take you straight downtown. I did spot one or two roaches, and the coffee maker was really dirty. There also wasn't always parking but this wasn't a problem for me.”

“Great location and accommodations for 4 adult-sized people. We brought our queen-sized inflatable mattress for the younger 2, and found decent floor space for that. The bathroom/shower are separated from the vanity, so getting people showered and ready was easy. The location was amazing and within a couple minute walk to Capitola Beach, Zelda’s, Pizza My Heart, Margaritaville and Polar Bear Ice Cream! Good parking for 1 car too. I hope we’ll be back soon!”

“This place was great. We were able to have our three dogs here. They have a fenced yard for the dogs. Nice table outside to enjoy the mornings and evenings. Great Location”

“We'll definitely be back! It was such a great location and I wish we had more time there!It's so nice to have the State Parks pass to utilize while there! We didn't have time this trip to go to Manresa - maybe next time. Well stocked and sweet little spot. It may have been that it's off-season, but the hot tub was a bit green and not ready to go, which I would have enjoyed being able to use. Otherwise, perfect!”

“We actually used this space for a film shoot - the price was solid, the location was easy to find and get to, and the detached garage really helped with extra space during production and provided security for our gear overnight.”
