“We were quite pleased with our stay at the Bancroft Cottage. The accomadations were excellent. The amenities were fine. The cottage was well stocked and supplied with everything one would need for a stay. Even though it was in the heart of the town it was quiet and peaceful. We will most likely be back when we return to Granville in the future. Highly recommended!”

“This cabin was the perfect getaway to relax and celebrate our 20th anniversary. The rental is secluded and close to nature. The property is equipped with everything you need for a romantic getaway! The hot tub was great with lots of privacy. ”

“Property is well maintained. Very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. Hot tub was great. We would definitely stay again. Only downside is that it is beside a main road so vehicle traffic is loud when outside, that wasn't an issue for us, just something to be aware of.”

It has a very interesting history! One day we visited the Wooly Pig Brewery and dinner in Roscoe Village. The rest of the time we spent at the cabin. ”

“Had a pretty amazing week here with the wife, kid, and dogs. Sunsets on the back porch from the hot tub were incredible. Fully enclosed back porch was very helpful with the dogs. Overall the place was very baby and dog friendly. ”

“There are several places to stay on this property but this little house was perfect for me. quiet. had EVERYTHING I needed or wanted. Store is so close. Directions and amenities were all up to date and no issues at all. Owner is so lovely! would def recommend and/or stay again!”
