“We had an awesome trip to Lake D’Arbonne for my birthday celebration! Megan was such a big help and was quick to respond anytime I needed anything. The property is so cute and well maintained. We were able to enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the front porch as well as the dock. We spent the majority of our time fishing, but when we weren’t, the property is located close to some really great restaurants which was super convenient! Would definitely stay here again!”

“I was comfortable and slept well in my room. The bed was great and the noise was minimal since I had a room away from the highway intersection. I had hot water and clean sheets and towels. The owners/operators and housekeeping staff were friendly. The motel is old; I remember when it was built in the late 70’s (or so). “While the town itself doesn't have much going on and was pretty abandoned, this stay was exactly what I needed. Safe parking, friendly owner, eclectic but clean room, and the most comfortable bed I've stayed in this week, even coming out better than fancy or chain hotels.
