“The room was spacious and chic. I went on a girls trip (4 of us) and there was plenty of room for us even with just one bathroom / it was large. Room was super cute. David was a great communicator through the whole process. My only complaint about the room is that several of the outlets didn’t work. Everything else was great. ”

“On our part we had a hard time filling out the form but when we reached out to them, they were excellent and kind. We need to extend our stay and they were able to help us. The place was clean. “The building itself needs upgrading the room and bathrooms are very outdated compared to most hotels in big city such as Miami. Even the blinds were outdated one of them fell down while I was asleep. Everything else was very good service.”

Too noisy, will never come back again

"Very disappointed and I won't come back again. The problem is the guest room window & its door does not has a good sound isolation. When someone walking, talking on the corridor, the lift notification "ting ting", someone singing in the hall area, I can easily hear these noisy sound when I'm sitting or sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. Besides, sometimes some of the electric wall plate mal-function which makes some of the lights cannot work even cannot use for charging my mobile phone. However, it is great that the Hotel has an airport shuttle and has a free breakfast for the guests."
