“The place was cute, well located, easy to get in and out. I was bothered by the fact that they tried to communicate with me via WhatsApp first, and only via hotels.com when I asked, and that I was asked to pay the deposit before I arrived, on an outside web site. I think the site is reputable, but that combination with the fact that I'm not sure where the rental company is based concerned me.”

“The Condo at the Four Seasons allowed me to get a room when the hotel was otherwise fully booked. Because it was a condo unit it had the added benefit of private bedroom, living space, and kitchen. The only 'ding' I'd give it is it required a somewhat invasive documentation process to get set up - namely scanning my drivers license in advance and sending it to a non-Four Seasons third party.”

“This is a luxury one bedroom apartment on the 33rd floor of a 34 floor high rise that also houses a hotel. It has a balcony with beautiful views of the water and skyline. It is a very nice unit and well equipped. The building has a very nice restaurant on the 25th floor with great views, a nice pool and fitness center, and a Basque restaurant in the adjoining building. It is in a great area. It came with free parking (once I figured out how to do that). I enjoyed my stay here and would……

Too noisy, will never come back again

"Very disappointed and I won't come back again. The problem is the guest room window & its door does not has a good sound isolation. When someone walking, talking on the corridor, the lift notification "ting ting", someone singing in the hall area, I can easily hear these noisy sound when I'm sitting or sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. Besides, sometimes some of the electric wall plate mal-function which makes some of the lights cannot work even cannot use for charging my mobile phone. However, it is great that the Hotel has an airport shuttle and has a free breakfast for the guests."

"The bed design is terrible. The place where your feet go is under the bed. You can easily bump into it without any warning. My sister and I both got bumped. My sister's ankle swelled up a lot. I told the front desk about it, but their attitude was not good."
