“I had a great experience during my stay! Juanita at the front desk was incredibly helpful and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. I also want to give a special shout-out to the lady overseeing breakfast (I'm so sorry I didn’t catch her name — older, white, with blonde/light brown hair and glasses). She was wonderfully attentive and genuinely kind. She kept apologizing for the oven issue that caused a delay with the bacon, but honestly, she didn’t need to — her care and attention more……

“The front desk workers, Marvin especially were wonderful! Him and his manager were very kind and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The pool was closed when we arrived due to being cleaned, we let them know we booked this hotel due to the pool for our son (we were in town for a medical procedure for him) and they ensured it would be open in about an hour. “Easy check in. Gave us the wrong room initially but corrected it when we walked back in with our bags. Room was clean but had odd smell. Bed was hard and only had 2 pillows on each bed. Quiet setting but sounded like an elephant above us in early the next morning and woke up my friend. Key card entry into building didn’t seem to work and was just unlocked all the time. ”
