“Really enjoyed this house. Guys weekend, we brought our boats, built a fire two nights. Awesome weekend!! The only negative which has nothing to do with the house, they gave us a phone number to call for fire wood. 25.00 for a wheelbarrow full, we ordered two, they brought it and gave us a bill for 75.00. 25.00 delivery fee……. And it wasn’t even that much wood. Saturday night we went down to the Publix and bought 3 bags of firewood for 8.00 per bag and got the same amount.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The communication was great!!! I was thinking that the pool would be cold considering the indoor pool and one of the prior comments, but that was not the case. The pool was perfect. We live in Florida so I was delighted to be able to go into the pool and not be exposed to a ton of sun beating down on us. This house is perfect for several couples or families looking to vacation. It also provides privacy for families traveling with teenagers. The house has a huge front……

“This was a beautiful home. 4 adult friends each got own bedroom. Large open living area and screened patio very nice. Perfect for our stay to see manatees. Pool was lots of fun! Our stay in September was off season for manatees but did see 4 on boat tour. Our last day a dolphin and a came to backyard inlet to say bye. ”

“We loved the Mermaid house! This is the perfect location! My kids loved fishing and swimming out back. Brought our dog too. The house is extremely clean and nicely decorated. Would definitely rent again!”
