“So very happy with our stay. The most comfortable beds ever. Great location and great amenities and stocked home. Communication with Ricardo was fast and courteous.”

“We had a few disappointments with the house/pool. We had several issues with the pool/spa. We were in communication with Chris with our issues, and he responded quickly and repeatedly tried to resolve them, but it made our stay less enjoyable. It was also disappointing to not be able to control the spa and the pool lights. This is all done remotely, so once we had them turned on, we couldn't turn them off.”

“The house was great and although we could not use the pool due to the weather the sunrises were great off the back patio. Bonus was all the animal visitors we got to see from the ranch behind the property”

“The property has everything one could want in a vacation home with the amazing lake views from most rooms. We used the screened in porch many times to visit and eat. I caught fish from the dock and had fun trying out a kayak for the first time. The location is also great with a short drive to Inverness and many good restaurants. Crystal River is also nearby where we went and swam with the manatees which was a great adventure using Explorida for the tour guide.”

“The house was clean and exactly what we needed for the seven of us. The location of the house was great because it was in the middle of all that Homosassa has to offer. The only issues that we found with the house were the garage door remote did not work, and the fridge lights flickered. However, these were only minor inconveniences and didn't detract from our stay. If you plan on staying for more than a couple of days, make sure you bring your own paper products and trash liners. All of this is……

“The house was fine. Wi-Fi issues the entire time. Dishwasher was a concern as standing water in the bottom. One bed was basically on the floor. ”
