The Sunset was beautiful as we sat out on the lanai overlooking the Ocean. Our cottage was perfect for our needs. It was not what we were expecting but got a lot more from it. “The short of it is that this place has a rodent problem and it will require a lot of work to improve.Place is conveniently situated close to Kona and multiple public beach access points, but is on a very loud and active main road through Kona. The living quarters are fine, but not thoughtfully put together. For instance, there is no bathroom privacy as the door is a see through storm/security door. Upon arrival, we found mouse droppings on the shelves for our coffee cups and plates. We woke up……
