“ We stayed in Roatan for 30 days. Our first impression of the place was the building looked nice. The inside was OK but what they outfitted the place with was horrible, the cheapest stuff you could possibly buy. Yes it did work but we got a good laugh every time we had to use anything. The first three nights a huge tree keep banging into the side of the house with the slightest breeze. The oven didn't work and we ran out of propane. The nice repair guy told us it was broke and no repairs were……

This cozy, one bedroom condo was literally 10 steps from a vast sandy beach which copious available sunlight and nearby shade when needed. With exception to the nearby "freeway", frequented by a wide range of unenforced speeding motorcycles and cars, the Lawson Rock area is very quiet and safe.The pristine Caribbean ocean at your doorstep, offers a variety of options including world class diving, snorkeling and even fishing……

“We had a wonderful, restful week at Patti’s Paradise. She was great at communicating. The porches were beautiful but maybe underutilized (no furniture on the upstairs porch). The pool was well maintained. The neighborhood was a little loud. We loved birdwatching from the front porch in the mornings. ”

“The location is perfect, right on the beach. The unit is nicely equiped and very clean. Short walk to several good restaurants. The possibility of additional charge for electricity is a bit of a turn off. I would include it in the price so it isnt a negative. We had a great time”

They helped arrange airport transportation and were very accommodating when we had an issue with one of the air conditioner units and promptly replaced it. “This is an absolutely gorgeous island. As much as I would like to keep it to myself, I have to give the place a great recommendation. Staying in West Bay is lovely, and the snorkeling right off the beach is a huge plus. There is plenty to do…some right there, some with excursions that are reasonable and super easy to make. Food is good everywhere (don’t do AI on Roatan). We did the bfast plan at IB. The unit is more than adequate. We are a family of 6, and it’s very comfortable. Pictures are……

“This place was awesome! It was everything the reviews had said it was. Great location-Right on the beach!, perfect host, great communication. Rides to and from the airport were arranged. They even stopped at a grocery store for us to stock up on food and beverages. Everything was simple for my first trip to Roatan. So many great restaurants and local food options within walking distance made the trip enjoyable. Water taxi to West End, Snorkeling. This place has it all. We will be back! Thank you”

“Had a great relaxing time at this place. Beautiful view!This place is a 2 story unit located on a second and third floor. Found out just a little before we arrived. Wish I had known that beforehand. My father who’s 89 and can not climb stairs had to stay at another place.Great place, very well maintained and the property manager Gladys was very helpful.”
