“住宅在海边，环境优美！但游泳池在翻修，小区外的路没有正规的人行道，步行比较困难。”

“The condo was perfect for our short visit to Kona. Lanai with a view of the ocean, full size stackable washer & dryer, bathroom products, plenty of towels, everything you need is provided. Easy walk to town & restaurants. Very good communication with owner. Highly recommend this property.”

“We had a fabulous family spring break vacation staying here. Close to great beaches and loved the tide pools right there. Mike was amazing, very responsive and very helpful. The condo had all the amenities and equipment for the beach, chairs, cooler, umbrellas and snorkeling equipment. Would absolutely stay there again! ”

“Location is great for sunset and ocean views. The listing makes it sound like you can walk to the beach from the lanai and that really isn't the case. The condo itself is quiet and well equipped, but there are stains on the couch and carpet, screen door is torn in places, and the beautiful wood doors need a good dusting. Owner responded quickly to an air conditioning issue which seems to be resolved. We enjoyed our stay.stains on the couch”

“今回は３泊だけの滞在でサイトの評価も高くはないので期待していませんでしたが…私的には高評価の宿泊先だと思います。 最近のコナは街中が有料の駐車場になってしまい登録も面倒なんですが…部屋から街までは歩いて買い物や食事に行けます。 部屋に割り当てられた駐車スペースも十分に有り夜もライトが付いていました。 プールは少し狭目ながらも深さの有るプールと景色は最高です。 各階にコインランドリーとゴミ捨て場も有りました。 気になる点で言うとラナイが隣の部屋から覗けてしまうので隣人とのコミュニケーションが気になる点と冷凍庫は使用は出来ますが毎日少量の水が漏れてくる事でした。 全体的に高評価でまた利用したい施設です。”
