“We loved having the beautiful green space to enjoy the water view. The condition of the room was not good. Some doors couldn't be locked. Some windows couldn't be opened. We communicated this to the person on staff. She never showed she was very interested in helping. A security guy was there and got involved. No AC so opening doors and windows was important. Person on staff both days we were there seemed to not care at all about our experience and needs. Wouldn't stay there again. ”

“This property gave my family everything we wanted in our vacation to Maui and more! The private beach and pool were perfect for our 3 year old to enjoy multiple times a day. Then we could walk right up to the condo to comfortably take naps and watch the turtles and whales from the lanai. The condo was clean but a little worn. Didn’t bother us a bit considering it is a beach front property. Spacious enough for our family of 7 to fit pleasantly. The complex property manager was a bit of a stickler……

“The condo is small, but nice. The best part of the condo really is the amazing views right from the balcony. We saw so many whales! We did wish that the couch and TV were reversed, as your view of the ocean from the couch is blocked from the trees, but not a huge deal.We snorkeled right in front of the condo and saw tons of fish, an eel, lots of turtles and many whales in the distance. It was amazing!The parking as noted is a small space, but it worked out.We would stay here again for sure! ”

“Overall excellent place. Right on the ocean. We enjoyed doing Yoga in the morning and see the sea turtles come up and tumble in the waves. Close to many near beaches and places. It really was a wonderful get away for us. The fridge was a bit dirty when we arrived. There was also a dead roach in the bathroom upstairs. I guess you get that in tropical areas. I would definitely go here again. ”

“Overall great location and the complex with the pool and beach access was phenomenal! Bedroom/bedding was nice. The upstairs obviously wasnt cleaned prior to our arrival. Their was a crumpled sanitary strip from a bathing suit on the floor upstairs and it obviously hadnt been vacuumed. The front door was broken with a missing glass slat so anyone could see in. The garbage disposal was broken on our arrival (although they did offer to fix mid stay, and we declined). They left us with a broken……

“We had so much fun - beautiful condo with amazing ocean views. Clean, well equipped, great location. We were here for a week in January and saw many many whales and turtles every single day from our balcony. It was lovely!! We had one issue with the electronic lock box battery dying (totally normal) and the host couldn't have been quicker to respond and help us out. Will definitely stay here again!!”

“We had the best time evwr at this cute cottage on the beach. The beach is not really great for snorkel, but the green area and pool/spa is amazing. There are several beaches with more sand near by and i cant recommend more the valet parking at sheraton, have a drink and enjoy black rock beach. Everyday there were turtles at our beach and we saw whales in the distance. Our host was very nice. ”

“Great location in west Maui. Property folks were very nice, helpful and the full-time residents very kind. This complex had its own beach which can be hit or miss based on property photos, with lots of turtles! Primary bedroom positioned perfectly to hear the waves crashing all night. There is no sand but there is a 25’ wide strip of beautiful lawn between you and the ocean. The vast ocean view is absolutely unobstructed. “The place is amazing. The views and location alone are great. I was able to see a lot of whale activity off the lanai. Even saw 2 full body breaches on my last morning there.
