“We loved having the beautiful green space to enjoy the water view. The condition of the room was not good. Some doors couldn't be locked. Some windows couldn't be opened. We communicated this to the person on staff. She never showed she was very interested in helping. A security guy was there and got involved. No AC so opening doors and windows was important. Person on staff both days we were there seemed to not care at all about our experience and needs. Wouldn't stay there again. ”

“The place is amazing. The views and location alone are great. I was able to see a lot of whale activity off the lanai. Even saw 2 full body breaches on my last morning there. The sunsets are absolutely amazing. The condo is great. They provide lots of extras that were super great to have; boogey boards, beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels. I highly recommend staying here. The condo complex is nice and quiet and everyone is very friendly & helpful. ”
