“Room and location was fantastic. Amenities great. Loved the restaurant, pool, bar, cafes. Only issue was the lack of response regarding early check in. Arrived at 8.30am (My issue), but check in was 4pm. Emailed multiple times over a few days trying to get an earlier check in. No response. Would recommend this location though. ”

Communication was always quick and helpful. She helped ensure my family and I had the best time. I would absolutely recommend this property. We had the most wonderful time!”

“This was a great spot to be near the beach, places to eat, and relax without needing to drive anywhere. I did rent a car to get over to Ewa Beach, but the parking at the zoo was super easy. The place is just as described. I slept well on the comfortable bed, really enjoyed the deck on the 10th floor, ate at nearby restaurants, and walked to see the sunsets. Thanks to the kind desk management who answered my questions, were friendly, and even had a beach chair and umbrella for me to use. ”
