“The location of the property is very good. However, there were a few problems with the unit: 1) It is located on the second floor overlooking Ala Moana Boulevard, which is a very busy street during the day and into the night. In addition, it is on a low floor looking out over the parking lot. 2) The description said there was a private lanai. This is not true. There are sliding glass doors/windows but you cannot step outside. 3) The pictures of the pool were misleading. The pool is actually……

“This was one of the most reasonably priced places with a kitchenette that wasn't a hostel in Oahu. It came with a few beach items that came in really handy like chairs, boogey board and floaties. The pool was great after spending a day on the beach and they had hot tubs and a bbq area which is great way to save some money. They also had a gym which was 5 for the stay and offered a 5/bag storage fee for the last day which allowed us to enjoy the beach before flying out on the red eye. the……

“The unit I stayed in was in Tower II. It has a view of the ocean (in between other high rises) right in front and Diamond Head on the left. Very convenient location and the unit has many amenities, including 2 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, and beach towels. Even has a small cooler that you can put ice in to bring cold drinks to the beach (no more than 5-minute walk). You can even walk to Leonard's Bakery to buy Malasades (maybe 20 minutes)!”

“I had a couple of misunderstanding with the checking process but that was with the hotel and not the property manager. The host was amazing and hotel compensate misunderstanding with complementary breakfast for 3 days. Hosts is kind, responsive and helpful. She cares about her guests. Last but not least since this conde is privately owned is less expensive than hotel. ”
