“The property was exactly as described. We could not have asked for anything more in our stay. The host thought of everything, down to the drying racks for laundry, snorkel gear, and a pair of binoculars to enjoy watching the activity in the beautiful lagoon behind the property. We stayed in March and were able to leave the windows open for a fantastic breeze the entire time. Would definitely stay here again!”

“The Royal Palms was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the patio with a view of the amazing palm trees. Laurel was a great host! She provided us with items if we were missing anything in the suite and welcomed us to use the ice and filtered water from her outdoor fridge. We were delighted with the attractive and delicious fruit tray that was on the table when we arrived. We would highly recommend a stay at The Royal Palms. ”

“This property strikes a rare balance: reasonably priced, well-located, and thoughtfully maintained without excess or pretense.The views are lush, the space immaculately clean, and the hosts both warm and unobtrusive. Practical touches such as on-site laundry, overhead fans, and a Sleep Number bed (more curiosity than necessity) made for an easy stay. Nighttime breezes kept the temperature comfortable.We had no issues with bugs — just a few charming geckos lingering outside. The only real misstep……

“The condo is very nice with beautiful views. The beds were very comfortable. Everything is clean and new in the apartment. The building is a very old and big apartment and office building. The security guard is not friendly. There are two luggage racks that you can use to bring your own suitcases upstairs. The pool is surrounded by black asphault. It is not walkable to much. But the inside of the place was very very nice.”
