“Staff is hopeless - not unfriendly but unwilling to help. We were 4 people sharing an apparment, but we could only have 1 key to the door. The reception is not open 24/7 that why, we had major problems only having 1 key. After many and long discussions with the staff, we gave and survived 2 days with just one key. The restaurant is expensive and food is bad. The appartment is nive. Kitchen, 2 bedrooms with bathrooms and a nice livingroom. There were good moments, but we will never come back”

“I was underwhelmed with this hotel and thought value for money was much not as good as other hotels I stayed at in Sri Lanka. Located in the central city area of Trinco, however there is not really much to neither see or do in this area. Suggest you instead look for a hotel on the beach and take a tuk-tuk if you want yo experience the city. The room was spacious, had AC, but other than that rather basically equipped. I had high hopes for a Sri Lankan breakfast, because staff asked me……

“Terrible experience. Terrible customer care. The hotel was shut and they refused to refund me. We (my wife and my 4 year old child) arrived at the location and the gate was shut. The nice lady who was at the hotel (we were unable to speak to her in the local language) did not let us through the gate then called someone who told me that the hotel was under refurbishment hence shut. He actually suggested us to book an hotel nearby. I called the German number associated with the hotel and another……
