“Very special quiet retreat. I loved the setting: a beautiful meadow surrounded by mountains. The Dosewallips is a short walk away and you can hear it from the cabin. The cabin is adorable and not small, with plenty of space for yoga. The bed was comfy, the outhouse incredibly clean. I hope to return. ”

“We came to Lisa’s VRBO for five nights to spend time with our new grandchild (our first) in Bremerton. We didn’t spend much time in the unit because we were gone 12-16 hours a day but we found the unit to be clean, well stocked, very nicely furnished, and comfortable. The bonus was that we were able to bring our two dogs who were also at peace while there. The host Lisa was very responsive and although she lives above the unit, we never saw her and our privacy was not a concern. Even when she……

“Our group of 10 spent a summer weekend renting both houses and the space was a perfect oasis. We kayaked and sunbathed on the private dock, used the bbq in the common courtyard, and watched the stars from the hot tub on the deck. Communication with the owners was very efficient and parking at the houses was plentiful. Will definitely be staying here again!”

“the bed was good and it was quiet, people were friendly and it was quiet, a few fireworks in the distance but not a war zone like my neighborhood on the 4th of July. I'll never understand why blowing stuff up, terrorizing the animal world and some of us humans, is really a good expression of celebration of our independence, especially since we are facing a clear and present danger of losing it to radicals.”

“This is a great place to stay! It has everything you need and the hot tub is a nice addition. We definitely would stay here again if we ever are out that way.”

“The view is outstanding and the house is clean and comfortable. Everything worked fine (we didn't use the sauna). Be aware that there are several sets of stairs to access the beach, and the side road to access the house from Hwy 101 is a bit dicey. The neighborhood is quiet, and you are only a short walk away from Dosewallips State Park, the Geoduck Bar and Grill, and the Halfway House Restaurant (which was very good).
