“Property was just the right size for our needs. Since it was colder, we couldn't use the lovely outside seating or fire pit. They would have been perfect based on what we saw. It was wonderful looking out the windows at the water and fun to watch the ducks swimming and the seagulls perched on the rocks. The kitchen had all the pots, utensils, and dishes/glasses to allow us to dine as we wanted. The beds were comfortable. The home's furnishings were lovely. I truly appreciated that there was……

“The location of this little farm is a total surprise since it’s so secluded and yet so close to everything you might need as well as the attractions R.I. offers from Providence to South County and Newport. The cottage is classic early New England but modernized for full comfort. The farm animals are a bonus and the hosts are very kind and thoughtful people. ”

“We loved staying in this cute little home during the weekend of our friends wedding. We weren't around for too much time, but really enjoyed it. The kitchen was stocked full of everything utensil or pan we needed, and then some. We also wanted to extend our stay after we booked and they were very accommodating and got back to us very quickly. The cottage was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Bonus was the outdoor space complete with seating and fire table. Perfect spot for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. We will definitely stay here again in our next few years with our son studying at RWU.”
