“Beautiful ocean view! Comfortable for a family to stay. ”

“The property was very clean, comfortable and inviting. We had a bit of difficulty getting the door to unlock initially, though the owner was extremely quick in his communication and gave us an immediate solution, with no further issues. The house was close to everything. Parking was a bit tight, as two cars share one driveway but we made it work. Street parking was suggested but we didn't really see anywhere on the street to park. Kitchen had everything we needed and beds were comfortable.……

“The loft is exactly what it looks like online. Beautiful layout, it was very clean, neat and organized. The kitchen was wonderful with coffee and teas for us. The only negative of the entire stay was that we only stayed 1 night. Next time my wife and I will take the entire weekend!! It was thoroughly enjoyable, kudos to Erin!!”

“What a wonderful stay we had! My daughter had a skating competition across the street and it was so convenient being so close! The property was beautiful, especially loved opening the balcony door in the morning to listen to all the birds in the area. We will definitely be staying here next year for the same comp. ”

“The property was just what we needed, clean, modern and very comfortable. The host thought of everything that you may need for your stay. Only small issue was the tv service wasn’t great, it buffered continuously, but we will definitely return”

“Four friends since grade school on our annual girls getaway. The property was perfect. Excellent location. The space was beautiful with lovely touches throughout. Shopping, dining and the beach all as you stepped outside. I would highly recommend.”

“We highly recommend this little gem in Newport! The easy walk to downtown is wonderful seeing all the historic homes. The place is very clean and has everything you need for your stay! Monique is by far the best host we’ve ever had, very responsive with any questions you may have. We loved the vibe of the place and the deck outside was nice having our morning cup of coffee!”

“The condo was spotless on our arrival. Our host, Erich, had prepped us with all we needed in advance, and was an excellent communicator. We found a box of chocolates waiting for us on the kitchen counter when we arrived - what a nice surprise! The location is everything it seems to be in the pictures: right across the street from the old carousel and beach entrance. Lots of walkable shops and eateries nearby. We were there post-season, so Saturday and Sunday were the days when most of them were……

“The unit was nice, but I wish I had known about the spiral staircase and made it difficult for me to get up and down. My cousins rooms have a regular staircase up to the third floor. Outside of the room, the hallways had a multi smell to it. Inside the room was OK. I was disappointed I had to give up my room to sleep on the couch downstairs. The unit could use some updating. The ice machine did not work at all the entire time we were there. It would’ve been nice to see which side of the complex……

“I had a really great stay at Villa Spa Blu. The property was clean, quiet, and peaceful perfect for a relaxing getaway. My friends and I were able to enjoy ourselves and do what we wanted during our time there. Anytime we had a question, someone was always available and ready to help, which made the experience even smoother. The people we did meet on the property were super friendly and welcoming.
