“The property was very clean, comfortable and inviting. We had a bit of difficulty getting the door to unlock initially, though the owner was extremely quick in his communication and gave us an immediate solution, with no further issues. The house was close to everything. Parking was a bit tight, as two cars share one driveway but we made it work. Street parking was suggested but we didn't really see anywhere on the street to park. Kitchen had everything we needed and beds were comfortable.……

“We highly recommend this little gem in Newport! The easy walk to downtown is wonderful seeing all the historic homes. The place is very clean and has everything you need for your stay! “The condo was spotless on our arrival. Our host, Erich, had prepped us with all we needed in advance, and was an excellent communicator. We found a box of chocolates waiting for us on the kitchen counter when we arrived - what a nice surprise! The location is everything it seems to be in the pictures: right across the street from the old carousel and beach entrance. Lots of walkable shops and eateries nearby. We were there post-season, so Saturday and Sunday were the days when most of them were……

“The unit was nice, but I wish I had known about the spiral staircase and made it difficult for me to get up and down. My cousins rooms have a regular staircase up to the third floor. Outside of the room, the hallways had a multi smell to it. Inside the room was OK. I was disappointed I had to give up my room to sleep on the couch downstairs. The unit could use some updating. The ice machine did not work at all the entire time we were there. It would’ve been nice to see which side of the complex……
