“I recently stayed here with my two daughters and their boyfriends. The weather might not have cooperated, but the house surely made up for that. The second you walk in the door, it is absolutely beautiful all the details a wonderful outdoor shower it felt like going home. And you could walk to the beach in about five minutes which was the best part and it had a beautiful deck and a lawn that all the kids got to stay up at night and play cornhole. Can’t wait to go back to this place, amazing……

“This was our second stay at the cottage and it was just as fantastic as our first stay in June 2024. The atmosphere is very peaceful, calming, and invites restfulness. It’s very close to great beaches and restaurants as well as excellent vintage shops. ”

“Loved biking to Narragansett Beach, kayaking on the Narrow River, and a day trip to Fort Wetherill and Beavertail State Parks.”

“Fantastica ”

“Second time staying and enjoyed it as much as the first time. Perfect for 2 ppl. Perfect kitchen amenities so we could cook dinner rather than eat out every night. The entire cottage was neat and organized. Beach pass was well enjoyed with about a 5 minute drive. Close to stores and restaurants. Perfect for a short getaway with my husband. We hope to visit again.”

“The cottage met all our needs. It is nestled between two marinas and in a quiet neighborhood. It is small but very efficient. One of the marinas has a small restaurant for breakfast and lunch and the owner of the restaurant is super friendly. Sitting out on the deck in the warm sun was lovely. We enjoyed our stay. ”

“I was staying in RI for my son's wedding. This house was perfect for my other son and I. He used the pull out couch. We needed to buy sheets and a blanket. But no big deal. The location was close to the wedding venue. ”
