“Nice long weekend getaway. The house was comfortable and clean. It was a good location—2 min drive to East Matunuck Beach and close enough to Route 1 to get to Wakefield and Narragansett easily. ”

“This was perfect for me and my husband. It was a couple of miles from a very nice beach and a beach pass was included so we parked for free. The house is small but has a large deck and a screened porch. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was very clean. It took us a couple of days to discover the outdoor shower behind the house and that made our stay perfect! We would stay again. ”

“We visited here for a weekend in the Mystic area. Our daughter joined us for an evening and the home was cozy and comfortable for 3 adults. The check in process was seamless and communication with the host was always timely. They thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable and everything was within arms reach. “We had a great time at this beach house. Plenty of space for my husband and two kids. Luckily, we had wonderful weather so mostly stayed at the beach, however the home comes with games, books and even ping pong. We loved having first floor laundry. This house is in a great location easy to get to the beach and rt1 for some shops and supplies. ”

“We absolutely LOVE this property! This was my husband and I’s 2nd stay here and it was just as amazing this time as it was the first! Listening to the bird sanctuary and Tree Frogs at night on the little back deck was great and weirdly, calming. My husband’s favorite thing…..the outside shower! The Cottage had everything we needed and was comfy cozy! The upkeep and cleanliness were on point! We will we back!!! ”
