“We were here to meet up with family and thought the apartment was gorgeous! Great stay and would recommend in Mystic.”

“The location (a block to Mystic town) is the highlight at this property. It was also very clean. We (two moms and their young adult daughters) enjoyed our stay here a lot! Criticisms would be that it needs updating (very old shower, old doors and floors,etc) and the floors are VERY slanted through the house. It takes some getting used to, but vacationers should know that before renting. ”

“We had a wonderful stay here. It started with comfortable and warm welcome with a note, warm apple pie, and the fireplace. We absolutely loved the the decorations, the true epitome of a traditional New England visit. Every accommodation was quality, from the bed to the towels. We even enjoyed the outdoor fire pit. Debbie (and Paul too) did a great as hosts ensuring we had everything we needed. We are definitely excited to book another stay there. ”

“I was on small trip with my girlfriend for her birthday as she wanted to go to Mystic. The house was perfect size for both of us, had lots of history to the home with deco. Also the neighborhood lots of history and definitely a short walk to most things. Very Nice had Washed and Dryer to use as we were able to use and not bring home dirty laundry. We were able to go to everywhere we planned! Would definitely stay again! ”

“We were down for the Newport Jazz Festival, and this was the perfect base camp. We're sorry we didn't make it down to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty. The apartment was very clean and comfy. It's a great location for the state beaches, Newport, and the adorable Wickford village is nearby. Our host Steve was very responsive!”

“The reason I chose this one was its location to everything we wanted to do. Despite not having off street parking, we were literally able to park and just walk everywhere which was a huge plus in our book. The apartment was clean and cozy on a quiet street. Everything we could have needed was offered, plenty of towels along with soaps to wash with in case we forgot ours. ”

“After having planned this roadtrip over the past 5 years with my life partner, he passed away April 2024. My daughter had to work in Pennsylvania in July/August and suggested we meet in Washington DC and do the roadtrip together. She did all the driving and we took our time, relaxing, eating fresh seafood, and visiting lighthouses. Bucket list roadtrip satisfied for mom.”

“3 senior ladies traveling. This property is unsafe. Entry is uneven stairs. Lock box difficult to open. Inside, “ newly remodeled” had ants crawling out behind fake tile back splash.refrigerator sounded like a blender at times drowning out the sound of the TV ..which wouldn’t work until we borrowed new batteries from a neighbor. Sofa is so old it sinks to the floor when sat upon and it’s the only seating to use in the living room. The lighting so so dingy it felt like a third world country using……
