“Beautiful home and property! Great space for our large family - everyone was comfy, great spaces to come together as well as retreat for quiet time. Easy access to I-64, and all things Richmond! Wish we could have stayed longer.”

“This house is simply amazing!!! Wonderful space for multiple families to gather, relax and cook family meals together. House was beautifully decorated for Christmas—a nice touch since we were three families far from home for the holiday. The house was exactly as pictured in the listing/photos and the owners were super easy to communicate with. House is minutes from Busch Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg, New Town and other attractions. The farm fresh eggs and brownies were a nice touch!”

“Had a great stay at the property. Robert, the host/owner, is amazing to work with. Super responsive, very attentive, and incredibly kind. Upon arrival there were a few things on the exterior that caused a little concern (porch in somewhat rough shape, neighbors house very close and not in great shape, backyard in somewhat of disarray -- both BBQ grill and firepit were filled with water, back fence gate propped up by cinder block) but don't let it take away from what is inside. Very nice……

“We were in town for a tournament at the convention center and looking for something walking distance. This was perfect! Less than 5 min walk. The loft had everything we could have asked for and was immaculate. Instructions for entering the loft were clear and easy to follow, as well as communication before, during and after was A+! My only suggestion is that the outside of the place was difficult to find - possibly a photo of the entrance would help! But once we found it, the rest of the stay……

The host provided for every amenity and was instantly available to answer questions. The fenced back yard was secure and safe for my oupy. The neighborhood is very walkable. I highly recommend! ”
