“The area felt safe and there was a lot to do within walking distance. Check in and out was easy. The FAQ guide didn’t have a lot of specific information. The one bad thing was the WiFi was only available in the common area (pool, games etc), not in the actual room. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Raleigh rental! Everything was exactly as described—immaculately clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, with convenient designated parking right out back. We especially appreciated the little bit of history shared about the home—it’s a 100-year-old property, and those details added such a lovely, personal touch. You can really tell the hosts care about the space. Would absolutely stay here again!”

“My family and I stayed at this beautiful and well appointed property for 6 nights and enjoyed every minute of it! The property is located central to downtown Raleigh as well as many other popular attractions. Angelo was a very wonderful and gracious host! He provided a nice booklet with his favorite spots to visit as well as his favorite places to eat! The recommended Oakwood Pizza Box was our favorite! “In town for a graduation and recovering from surgery. I wanted to stay longer. Definitely will be back. Walking distance to downtown. And definitely slot of stairs but worth the view from the rooftop. Spent my morning soaking in the sun.The neighbor is changing so I did get approached by a homeless man who I shared a conversation and provided a meal.”

“This was a lovely stay. Great value and location to everything in the Raleigh area. Only thing to be aware of if that the back entrance is very dark after sunset. There is a two switch function to light the back. It is not a sensor. Once you walk down the drive the covered switch is at the gate then, another one at the door to turn it off. ”
