“The amenities were useless, the pool was locked up, the sauna is for a fee paid in coins apparently. But the worst thing is that we didn`t get breakfast AT ALL, even though it was also clearly stated as included in the listing. In actual fact we didn`t even see or meet anyone there. NO breakfast kind of ruined it. Even the hot drinks machine wasn`t available, empty trays and food containers... Be aware when you book.”

“Hatten ein Deluxe Apartment mit traumhafter Aussicht und riesiger Dachterrasse. Alles im Apartment war auf dem neuesten Stand (Küchengeräte, Fenster sehr gut dämmend usw.) An der Rezeption wurde man freundlich empfangen. Leider waren die Matratzen nur sehr hart aber das ist ja kein grund eine schlechte Bewertung zu geben.”

“Wir waren jetzt dort. Zimmer ok ...Bad naja bissel schimmel an den Fugen...Essen im Hotel kann ich nicht empfehlen. Es gibt zu kein Essen eine Soße. Als Pommes bekommt man Chips...Nudeln Cabonara bekommt man ohne Soße nur geriebenen Käse über die trockenen Nudeln. Der Ausblick vom Zimmer ist super. Wir würden definitiv nicht wieder hinfahren. ”

“Erstaunlich günstiges Hotel mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, dafür gibt es sogar ein Hallenbad gegen 5 Euro Zuzahlung. Wer eine Basis für Ausflüge im Bayerischen Wald sucht, ist hier richtig. Ist halt kein Boutique-Hotel oder so, aber praktisch. Personal ist freundlich, aber nur immer stundenweise da, was mir aber egal war.”

“- I wanted to contact a hotel to confirm our reservation, because online payment was not succesfull (according my bank) even Expedia thought is was already paid. - It was hard to contact them, one phone numbers on expedia pages is wrong. When I contacted them on another number, person there had no idea about my reservation. Mass with reservations and their evidence. - Hotel pushed us to have a silvester dinner and self service cathering with champane (30 euro/person), but the cathering……

“Very friendly and helpful staff. Polite and cheerful. Our stay was wonderful and very comfortable. Close to Cesky Krumlov if you drive your own. Would recommend to couple and family. ”
