“Older property, but they have obviously been investing and modernizing recently. There's an amazing new playground and walking area behind the first building and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool is pretty deep everywhere, but a fairly good temperature and very clean and nice. Our two kids enjoyed it, but only because one can swim and the other still has water wings. With the included Aktivcard, all the local swimming pools are included, so you can also just go to one of them……

“Wir waren jetzt dort. Zimmer ok ...Bad naja bissel schimmel an den Fugen...Essen im Hotel kann ich nicht empfehlen. Es gibt zu kein Essen eine Soße. Als Pommes bekommt man Chips...Nudeln Cabonara bekommt man ohne Soße nur geriebenen Käse über die trockenen Nudeln. Der Ausblick vom Zimmer ist super. Wir würden definitiv nicht wieder hinfahren. ”

“Wir waren das erste Mal bei den Schmalhofers 😃, die Anzahl der Stammgäste lässt schon allein für sich sprechen. Wir sind hier in eine große Familie aufgenommen worden. Die freundliche Herzlichkeit, der Humor und die außerordentliche Zuvorkommenheit ist mit Worten nicht zu beschreiben. Wir sind viel gereist, aber dies haben wir das erste Mal in dieser wirklich von Herzen kommenden, ungekünzelten Art, die sich durch das gesamte Team "zieht", so noch nicht erlebt. “Its a great place to stay in Passau. I just have two remarks. 1. Checkin is at 15 hr and the reception is only staffed until 15:30. I think the gap is too short although the hotel provided information in advance about self checkin. We arrived before 15 hrs so it was possible to checkin in person which we prefer. The staff was friendly and the room was already available which was great. 2. Breakfast is a bit too std but the price is reasonable”
