“This is a very cute, quaint, and cozy place to stay. It was very clean and really gives off the tranquil tropical vibes. PLEASE listen to the hosts instructions on directions to the place. They were very open and upfront about your gps taking you to the wrong address and even with those directions, we got lost and ended up in the wrong place. Once we finally made it, we loved the studio and all of its amenities. ”

“We loved the house and the property. The house was very nice and the property great for our family. The property is large without outdoor activities including pool table, pool and basketball court and plenty of places to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Puerto Rico also experienced an island-wide power outage during our stay and the home has a whole-home generator so we were not impacted other than loss of Wifi, which was minor compared to how many others were impacted. ”

“We (5 surfers) rented the property the first week of Feb 2023 and were extremely disappointed with the condition. Mainly, there was mold throughout the house with the lower level bedroom blinds covered in it. As such, no one felt comfortable staying in those rooms to the point where we had two people sleeping on the floor on the second floor living room (which also has mold on the blinds). In addition, the bedroom/bathroom that is accessible through its own door smelled awful. We considered this……

“We arrived during a power grid failure, hosts were helpful to accommodate entry since we could not gain access to our details. The studio has a great location and has what you need for a comfortable stay. The bar, food truck & bakery located at the end on the street are great and a short walkable distance. The beach is amazing and I found so much seaglass! ”
