“The view from the rooftop to watch the sunsets was perfection. The condo has a full kitchen, bathroom with shower and a swimming pool. There are two rooms with queen size beds. The parking is right in front of the front door and is gated so you feel quite secure. They provide bath towels and beach towels. There is also a gas grill. AC in each room and it circulates very cold air. The location is so convenient to all the beaches and the waterfalls. My partner and I stayed 4 nights and we would go……

“The Beach Pad was perfect for me and my son who loves to surf. The suite was immaculate, chic decor, cozy bed and very spacious. Check in was a breeze with dedicated parking. Beach is down the block and centrally located to many restaurants and activities in the area including the supermarket and laundry mat. Having beach gear was handy including an umbrella and cooler! The private patio was great for breakfast and made the space bigger including the roof deck on the one day it rained to cool us……

“The pictures show exactly what you will find. The location is great. You get the ocean, pool, and walking distance to several restaurants, a coffee shop, surf shop, and ATM. We rented all 3 floors and it gave us a great feeling of being together but still having our own privacy. “There were 9 of us traveling with 3 kids, and the house was fantastic for us. We had a pool, 2 kitchens and space. We were also close to some great ocean front bars and restaurants that had great snacks. “Our group had a very nice stay at the home. Our best memory will be of the incredible view of the water - cannot be beat. The outdoor space and pool were a big hit and that is where we spent a majority of our time.
The main level was open and airy and had plenty of space for us all in terms of the kitchen, dining room, etc. Upstairs bedrooms were large and spacious.
We had a wonderful time!”

“First and foremost, we came to Rincon for the views and this property delivered fantastically! Beautiful sunsets from the balcony, as well as seeing whales and dolphins out in the ocean.
