“When I entered I found the bathroom to be dirty. The toilet paper was yellow, like old paper. Walmart is near. I cleaned the bathroom and purchased toilet paper. One towel had a stain on it. The bathroom faucet kept coming off. For those that like to shower with hot water, there was no hot water. Water was at room temperature. There was a lot of WIFI issues with the four network. I shared my concerns, the grounds keeper responded immediately to address the concern. By then I addressed……

“The property has a lot of potential its small but comfortable and very well located. My main problem with it was the two AC units were damage. One of them had a horrible noise which render one of room useless and the other keep turning on/off every 15-20min. One of the couple who were supposed to stay had to leave. It was not a great stay, but if they decided to invest in new equipment the apartment will be a great option. ”

“The apartment looked clean and it looked like the pictures. Unfortunately there were cockroaches in both apartments. Four cockroaches appear on one of the apartments and one on the stove of the other apartment. ”

“Las escaleras del lugar están deterioradas e inseguras. El servicio de internet no estaba funcionando y nunca funcionó. El beeper de entrar al estacionamiento no funcionó, tuvo que ser reemplazado. El estacionamiento muy pequeño. Venetian blinds para privacidad en la sala estaban inservibles (rotas). Nevera tenía un problema de salida de agua por la parte de abajo. Abandoné el lugar un día antes por todo esto.”

“The apartment was roomy but should be cleaner, mold in the shower, gum stuck under night table, stained and chipped doors. Bad ventilation in kitchen - dinning area... windows didn't have screens so opening let in flies and mosquitoes and cooking made the area smoky cause they have no extractor. AC in bedroons only, kitchen and dinning and living room area hot all time. Smoke detector was broken. Got pictures if interested.”
