“We enjoyed our stay. Very quiet and peaceful.”

“Great location. Central to state parks, keuka lakes, canadaigua lake. Easy to find local tours to pick you up (Keuka Lake Experience, Bob Knapp). Home was clean, easy to locate. Well furnished to be able to rat at home. But close enough to eat local (Blue Eagle). Realy enjoyed ourselfs! Only feedback is bed is a bit firm. Pretty small concern. Will definetly go back.”

“We had a great time. My 6 year old son caught a bunch of fish right from the dock. It was a short drive to Watkins Glen. The home was nice, clean and had everything we needed. Good communication with the owner. We would definitely recommend!”

“This property was perfect for our needs. It is a quiet lake with several options for entertainment in the area. The cottage had everything we needed and more. It was supplied with linens, towels, toiletries, yard chairs, fishing poles, a canoe, a flat bottom boat, paddle boards, a a couple of kids kayaks. The property was also very clean and had plenty of room to sleep 6. The host responded to any questions we had within a couple of minutes. We would highly recommend this cottage to anyone……

“The property is lovely. It is spotless, updated (with working TVs/WIFI), in a central location and TRULY handicapped accessible. My mom is getting on in years and has limited mobility. She was comfortable here, as was my 90lb shepherd. Joe is a great host, who is knowledgeable about the area and shared helpful information about local shops etc. We can't wait to come back. ”

“We stayed here over 3 days May 31 to June 2. What Kristen has done to the cabin is incredible. The cabin itself it decorated and furnished with up to date decor and appliances. This looks like a cabin you would see in a magazine. The property is huge and the rooms and beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows and blankets if needed. It is a 5 minute drive (never any traffic!) to downtown Naples. This are of New York state is quite simply stunning. There are numerous lookouts and……

“We had a wonderful time. The house and area is beautiful the lake was great. We went fishing in the kayaks every day. We caught a bunch of Bass, Perch, and Pickerel. It was just wonderful to sit on the deck and watch the lake. ”

“We had an amazing time! We loved the decor of the cottage, it was so comfortable and had beautiful views of the lake. The screened in porch was great as we could still enjoy the scenery even when it rained. The shale beach made it easy for launching kayaks. It was also a great spot for swimming as there were no weeds. We truly enjoyed our stay and Karin was great at communicating everything we needed to know prior to our check in.”
