“The Old Reading Rooms in Linton was a great stay. The pictures and description does not do it justice. It was larger than we expected. There is plenty of seating and different areas within the living room. I was slightly nervous about the parking, but we literally parked on the street in front of the cottage every day. The kitchen is quite large and well appointed. Being from America, we really appreciated the large bathroom with separate tub and shower as well as separate powder room……

“Stunning property in a beautifull location, only a stones throw from Bury St Edmunds, quiet and tranquil with all the amenities you need for a peaceful stay. Owner was on hand if required, loved the little touches of local bread, milk and orange juice, fab stay.”

“I greatly enjoyed the combination of comfort, beautiful Yurt interior and outdoor living for 4 days. The wood burner gets the Yurt very cosy in a short while if it is chilly. Charlie was very helpful and considerate. There is some noise from the passing road but the views and secluded position more than make up for that. I would happily return.”

“Such a shame that the outside and entrance to this flat is so dirty & grubby. The pile of dumped rubbish outside was not good either. The entrance & stairway is very grubby & smells damp. Needs a good clean & paint. The flat could be lovely if did not smell damp. Also you charge £30 extra for cleaning?? We had to Hoover behind the beds as cobwebs also false nails! We had to Hoover round windows as full of cobwebs & spiders. Could not use any units in bedroom as full up with bedding &/or were……

“Lovely little cottage, perfect location with walking distance to the town centre (10/15mins), had a lovely weekend celebrating my partners birthday just what we needed to have a break and relax. The cottage was lovely especially the fire in the evenings as it got a bit chilly in the cottage, we really enjoyed our stay”
