“Check in was very easy. Large house set in a quiet and beautiful area. Excellent host.”

“Very clean and close to the train station, tram line and buses. Can reach Zurich airport in 1hr on a direct train. Supermarkets in close walking distance within a shopping centre that has a variety of clothes, shoes and groceries. A few restaurant options too. ”

“Extremely clean and beautiful views! Would stay again. About an hour and a half from Grindelwald and a bit less to Lauterbrunnen. Just keep in mind there is an a 40 min windy canyon ride included between the space and main tourist attractions. Also loved that there was a bakery and restaurants within walking distance. One of the dinner spots stated open till 10pm so that was amazing. ”

“We were unable to access the accommodation: upon arrival, we found ourselves in front of code boxes, no response to calls to the owner between 4 PM and 5 PM, no calls from him despite the message left on voicemail in English, no email indicating the codes. In short, unable to leave 2 children in the blazing sun, we were forced to book another hotel and lose the money for this rental. The fault does not rest entirely with the owner; Epedia also shares some responsibility, as the emails received……

“Location is fantastic! This is right in Lucerne old town. Everything is walkable from here. Since it’s right in the city, night time walks with gelato is easy. Property is fair, not fancy or upgraded recently but fair enough. Shower area is tiny so anyone about 5,11” and above can’t shower here. Overall a good stay. ”

“This property is listed as 2 bedroom apartment , booked it for family of 4 for 3 night stay… upon arrival found it was rented to other individuals…. Individual Living in the living room/ balcony with personal belongings and bedding in living room, one bedroom locked rented to others and had access to one bedroom only with 2 twin beds and a folding single bed, total 3 can sleep in room…. Did not feel safe in that situation and left the property…. Booked another stay last minute as advised by Vrbo……
