The lower level provides 3 more bedrooms, 2 with their own private bathrooms, and the Master Suite featuring its own private balcony overlooking Lake Hamilton.

For easy access down to the dock and Lake Hamilton, a new Electric tram was installed in March 2021. The home can comfortably accommodate 12 guests, with various bed setups in the bedrooms, and plenty of room for additional blow-up mattresses or pack-n-plays if needed.

The nearest boat launches are Young's Lakeshore RV Resort (0.7 miles) and Hill Wheatley Boat Ramp (5.5 miles).

As for house rules, unauthorized parties are strictly prohibited, and any violators will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.
