I like the commercial door. Pictures show the house well. Location was perfect for the track and downtown. Neighborhood was clean and quiet. Just old like all of Hot Springs. It was exactly what you would expect for the area.

Great place to stay for a large group, plenty of seating in the living room to hang out together and room to spread out to get ready it worked perfectly for our group of 10 to spend the weekend for a family wedding in town

Only issues we had were the two back bedrooms stayed considerably warmer than the rest of tge house and there was a wasp nest on the light at the front porch which resulted in a member of our family being stung. Neighborhood was quiet,house was nice and close to everything.

We stayed for the weekend at the track with other couples and it was great. While there, I stated that the house would be perfect for families with children! Four families can easily stay. Also, ballpark parents- this is a great place to stay near the baseball field for a tournament weekend. The only downfall of the house was that the showers do not get hot. Both showers would only get luke warm. Other than that, it was great!

Lets start with the positives: close to down town and plenty of space for several people. Negatives: First this house is kind of in a bad part of town which is not really the owners fault but i'm glad we were all adults. The house was not clean....spider webs in clear view and spiders, hair on base boards, dark spots on bed linens which we didnt see till we stripped our beds day of check out. Cockroach. Luke warm water for both showers though the faucets were hot enough to burn you. Tv didn't work.

I would recommend this property it was close to the horse track and had plenty of room for all of us and everything we needed. We will be booking it again !! Nicely remodeled older home!!

Pictures don’t do the house justice! Awesome house. So close to the strip away from all the noise but close enough you don’t have to worry about traffic or rushing. Only issue was we had a dude dumpster diving right behind the house was a little scary getting there to a dude digging around. Also we had ants in the house on every room by the hundreds everyone had them in luggage and brought some home with us.

The house was perfect for my group. We love the location of the home. Its close to everything. The owner quickly responded with us when we needed her. The home is old with charm, beautifully decorated. We will book this stay again. It was 7 of us, by the way, andwestill had room. Wonderful stay.
