“A very cozy, private place. It beats staying in a hotel room and it was priced about the same or even less. We enjoyed just sitting on the front deck and having our wine & beer. No view, but very peaceful and private. It was clean and well attended. It is older style. The futon in the front room was too low to floor for us older folks, but we managed. Front steps could use a railing for older folks to help get up and back down them. We really enjoyed the cottage. If we make it back, it would be……

“Check-in was a snap, and the owners are very responsive! Kitchen is well appointed, but be advised does not have a microwave. No issue heating leftovers in a pan! Paonia is a beautiful town. This cottage is walkable to everything on Grand Ave, and even out to the Berg mercantile. Our second stay at this property and we loved it just as much as the first time! ”

“We were SO fortunate to find this beautiful property, located just 3 miles from the Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP entrance! The home is gorgeous, comfortable and modern. There's a full kitchen and refrigerator, a washer and dryer, and a gym with cable machine and free weights. The King bed is very comfortable, and the central air kept things cool.
