“The purpose of our stay was to be close the EHPAD Henry Dunant to visit a friend. It was convenient and having dining option was great. The staff was welcoming and the facilities were very clean.”

“The staff was friendly and helpful. The room is clean and tidy. But the bar opposite to the hotel was too noisy through the night which affacted my sleep.”

“The hotel is typical French style which’s attracted for foreigner but the service is not in same quality, one of receptionist is warmed and another one with bad attitude when I tell there is not shampoo and shower in room for two day. Breakfast is very good and if the human resouce issue can be solved, the hotel is 4 star.”

“地點一流，在市中心，可步行到很多景點，附近亦有巴士和輕鐵站。前枱服務員亦很有禮。房間整潔。但酒店沒有冷氣，開窗後空氣仍然不流通。而且街道很嘈吵。窗口太大，開窗後不能關上窗簾，早上會被陽光照醒。希望房間能提供足夠的沖涼液。”

“Booked a "triple" room as we had our son along on this trip. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. Having the option for us all to stay together rather than having to book an additional room was great. The room was just right for the three of us. ”
