“The Chateau de Bellefontaine is beautiful, romantic and a treat. Our "room" was actually a very large bedroom and very large bathroom. We felt like royalty. The grounds are something you read of in old novels. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The on-site restaurant provided a delicious dinner at modest prices. The location is a quick walk into Bayeux (so no worrying about parking in town). We enjoyed our brief (2 night) stay very much and would look forward to staying again.”

“There are many things that are wonderful about the Hotel Le Lion d'Or, but I must first complement the staff. Everyone we met were so warm and friendly.
