The Manager was excellent and really helped us out on the day of departure when he very kindly drove us to the airport when no taxis were available. Would definitely go back. Loved the terrace area. “Clean. Staff helpful. Nicely located not right in centre I’d St Helier but within a few minutes walk. Second time I’ve stayed here and can’t really fault it. Room this time being on the second floor was hit at times, but that’s no the hotels fault, you can’t control the weather. Would happily stay again.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the quality of the service, cleanliness, bar, restaurant, food etc etc. The employees were great too. However, the hotel is not ideal for someone that has impaired mobility or uses a wheelchair, because of steps within the common parts of the building and does not have a lift to access the upper floors' bedrooms. Whilst we were there, some decoration works were commenced indicating a recognition for ongoing maintenance is constant. The hotel would benefit from……
