“The room was wonderful. The food was good and the staff were always helpful, friendly and polite. The bathroom in our room was a little old fashioned and the shower had to be hand held. However, this was not really a problem. Everything else was so good, that honestly, a tiny problem like that was nothing really. Would come again to this lovely hotel.”

“Excellent choice for breakfast, rooms clean and tidy, excellent dining experience in restaurant too, very helpful reception staff and hotel also has parking, outdoor pool and a gym, 10 mins walk to most areas of st helier.”

“The spa was excellent, i have mobility issues and the pool is down a steep staircase but manageable if you take it carefully. Maggie and Simone gave us fantastic massages and facials and the facilities were great, really relaxing . The hotel itself was wonderful, location perfect, a bit confusing as to where reception is but apart from that it was perfect. Prosecco on arrival, top notch breakfast, loads of choice and all of the staff are so friendly, Elephantus was so helpful on reception,……

“Neat, tidy and spacious rooms with free full breakfast provided. In view that there is no air-conditioning in the room and guests must open the windows to get fresh air, the only drawback is that the windows are not fitted with mosquito screens.”
