“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the quality of the service, cleanliness, bar, restaurant, food etc etc. The employees were great too. However, the hotel is not ideal for someone that has impaired mobility or uses a wheelchair, because of steps within the common parts of the building and does not have a lift to access the upper floors' bedrooms. “Had a 4night stay, everything was really lovely about this hotel from the food, our room, the spa and the staff were very friendly.Although the hotel was a little out of town it was easy walk into town but also good as the hotel put on a courtesy bus if needed. ”

“Great hotel, staff very pleasant and helpful throughout. Room good size, large comfortable bed, bathroom with shower and bath. Ample toiletries supplied. “Clean. Decent gym for a hotel. Room big enough Friendly helpful staff. Curtains to actually block light hiding behind the decorative curtains. Bath with shower rather than walk in shower, less agile people may need to book the disabled rooms.”

“Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable room. Problem with toilet was remedied immediately. Hotel could do with pool area being smartened up. Sound proofing between rooms not the best. Loud music played a few evenings but was dealt with by staff when contacted. Great location for central St Helier, easy to walk to many areas. On the whole, a great stay in Jersey.”
