“This property is located right on the beach. Great location, beautiful view if you get a water side room. Staff were friendly and professional and the restaurant menu and food are wonderful. I'd highly also recommend their sticky toffee cake ! Great place to stay. ”

“Rafal and his team took great care of us. Staying up late to check us in when our flight was delayed, friendly and helpful throughout. Breakfast were plentiful and tasty. The beds were comfy and the rooms clean. The swimming pool was clean and well positioned in the sun. Our room over looked the bay and it was magical every morning to watch the sunrise over the bay. Great stay and would recommend to come stay.”

“Due to a family bereavement in Jersey I had to stay at The Somerville for close to 3 weeks. The hotel was lovely, some history to it, great location overlooking St Aubin's Bay and only a short distance to the pubs and restaurants. Staff were fantastic, very sympathetic in view of my reason for staying there, very professional and nothing was a problem to help. Car park right outside hotel and always a lovely welcome from all the staff when one returned. Highly recommend. Thankyou Somerville. ……

“Had the most surprising and wonderful stay. Great welcome from the reception team member checking us in, he could not have been any more welcoming- well done ! The hotel is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The indoor pool could do with a facelift. The outside pool just lovely and the setting is beautiful. For breakfast - loved that the hot items are a la cart and not sitting on a buffet - great ! Perfect breakfast- the service team are truly world class - only one point - why not have……

“The reception staff were exceptional. Teta and Lauraine stood out as they both went beyond and about to ensure we had the best from our stay. They are a true credit to the hotel. Bogdan was a super chap and was our waiter in the evening. Again a truly valuable member of the hotel staff. The only negative thing was the attitude of the maitre d' at night. Otherwise could not be faulted. A fabulous place to stay. Thank you.”
