“Chosen for it's nearness to the ferry terminal and very importantly a lockup garage for our bikes (we were on a cycling holiday) Hotel Louvre was very clean and the staff very helpful. It was also quiet although, no doubt being used as a stopover hotel I was aware of some early morning internal doors being opened and closed. “Lovely overnight stay. Small room and en-suite but fine for one night. Good buffet breakfast had everything we needed. Good location for bars, shops and restaurants but not noisy. We didn’t have a car, but the public car park was 5 minutes away. We will stay there again.”

“Une bonne demi heure de marche depuis la gare. Avec les bagages, c’est un défi ! Une indication sur le bus à prendre pour vous rejoindre serait un plus pour les piétons. Sinon, l’hôtel est calme et le lit confortable. A signaler tout de même : l’eau de la douche est juste tiédasse, même en la laissant couler longtemps mais ce n’est pas ecoresponsable…. ”

“Ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der uns etwas über die Geschichte des Hauses erzählt hat. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Auswahl absolut ausreichend. Das Anwesen hat einen tollen Garten. Die Zimmer waren individuell eingerichtet und hatten viel Charme. Es war ruhig und entspannt. Wir würden es wieder buchen. ”
