“Nice hotel with great condition and friendly staff. However, the room cleaning was not very good. When I asked for anything they bring it fast. But there was a day when I put a card for cleaning the room but it didnt get cleaned. Other than that everything was great. ”

“Small boutique hotel. Very quiet. Good breakfast. Easy transportation with taxis to conference center, restaurants, and tourist sites. Would definitely stay again if I get back to Astana ”

“Im Canadian and this was my first time in astana. The cab ride to here at night was beautiful, I checked in around 2 am, and there was security and the check in was fast and simple, i slept like a baby, it was very quiet, clean, and very comfortable. For the price, I have zero complaints and am very happy. Id stay here again, I dont mind that its a bit old, it has character and there is lots of cheap food walking distance. ”

“L'hôtel est propre , le personnel respecte les panneaux "ne pas déranger"/ "svp faites le ménage" , j'ai donc prolongé mon séjour au seins de cet établissement étant agréablement surpris du confort au vu du prix très bas a Astana . Un petit frigo est a disposition, une bouilloire deux thés, brosses à dents et dentifrice , des chaussons jetables, le tout renouvelé quotidiennement.”

“Airport shuttle worked as planned, ideal arriving in a city I didn't know in the middle of the night. £13. Nothing to dislike, it's a big and spread out city so it's long walks, or very cheap taxis ”

“Desk staff are friendly and willing to help however they are not careful in handling things. They took a wrong registration paper for me and I had to ask twice to change back to my own registration paper. In addition, I was quite disappointed that the airport transport driver didn't show up and I had to take a taxi to the hotel. (I waited 10 minutes so obviously he was late, the driver should be there before passenger arrival)”
