“It definitely looks a lot bigger on the outside. We also thought there would be 6 individual rooms so that was a little misleading, but overall we really enjoyed our stay. The outside was beautiful and the inside kitchen was perfect. ”

“This house is about as close to the boat ramp as you can get. We stayed here for a 2 day fishing tournament. The hosts were extremely helpful and answered questions quickly. Check in was easy. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Parking is good for truck and boat trailer. We would stay here again. ”

It was all EXCELLENT and tremendously comfortable, which is really appreciated by older guests like myself. “We rented the space for Spring Break and it did not disappoint. Plenty of space for everyone and it was well equipped with everything you would need in a home. The only negative is my husband wasn’t able to work due to no internet. However the owner explained that the internet should be installed within the next month. We would definitely rent again in the future!”

“We loved staying here! Matt was so nice and accommodating to us. We actually lost power due to a storm and he showed up and hooked up a generator for us! The dock is kinda small if you have a really big group but they have a fabulous lily pad you can use that we spent the whole weekend using! Great place!! ”

“We truly enjoyed our relaxing stay at the cottage on Smith Lake. The house was clean, well-decorated, and fully stocked to meet our needs. Our teenagers enjoyed the downstairs room and living area. We enjoyed building a fire in the fireplace on the main floor and sitting on the screened-in porch drinking coffee in the morning. We hope to return in the summer to enjoy swimming and boating on the lake! ”

“House was excellent! Kids loved the upstairs bunk beds and the adults loved the separate bedrooms. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone as well. The deck upstairs and the screened porch was also pleasant at night. Short walk to the dock and not a lot of traffic on the water makes it really nice. 10/10 would recommend. ”
