“The hotel was under renovation, it was messy and unclean. They told us nothing about the renovation when we booked our room. It felt like a scam!”

“Very good experience at this hotel. Clean and spacious rooms with sufficient storage options. Bathrooms were very spacious too with both tub and showers. Great breakfast options. Electric car chargers in the parking lot. Pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub were fun too. They also give you evening drinks and small snacks, which is a nice touch. Very good location - walkable from Macy's if you like shopping. Beautiful paintings and decor throughout. Elevators have good speed. Loved the extra long……

“So tired from a long travel day. Really nice staff (Hennia) just helpful & kind. Their shuttle was not running, but they sent me a yellow cab to get to the property. And the hotel, exceeded my expectations in every way. Clean, quiet and very comfortable. Highly recommend the property. ”

“The Staff is very friendly and helpful. It has laundry, which is not something I usually need but my trip took longer than expected, so it was very helpful. When I needed to extend my trip, the staff made it very easy. I was traveling alone and this property felt very safe. ”

“Great place to stay while visiting son at Western. The bathroom is nice…shower had good pressure and a ledge for shaving legs, in addition to jetted tub. Had a lighted magnifying mirror…love those extra touches geared towards us ladies. Could not figure how to cast my phone to smart TV but that’s just probably user error. Parking in safe garage, several dining options are nice. Easy drive to WWU. Pretty view of marina. Good service. Clean. Comfy bed. ”

“I thought it was great for the price. Friendly staff, clean room. It was a little tough to find. The light on the motel 6 sign in the driveway was burnt out so I drove right by. I did notice the pool was empty but I wasn’t planning on swimming so I didn’t care. Basically a good hotel if you are looking for a clean, quiet room for the night. ”
