My biggest complaint is that my room smelled of pet urine. I pointed this out to the staff, and they suggested that I open a window, though my window open directly onto a walkway accessible by anyone and not in a great area. They weren’t extremely busy, so there was no reason why they could not have moved us to another room. It……
