“The hotel is located just 5 mins from the Norwich Airport. I will recommend this hotel for people who are taking early flights. The hotel room is large and comfortable. My son (10 year old) slept very well on the sofa bed. Last but not least, the breakfast is delicious. ”

“Would have loved to have given a 5 star but it has to be 4 because the fire alarm went off at 5am and there was no one on site. It took half an hour for the manager to turn up and turn it off. And that was only because a neighbour knew who to call. They gave us a couple of free drinks the next evening but we had to ask. No apologies. The day staff didn't even know what had happened.”

“The view from our room was lovely. We could see the beach and also the harbour. The shower was a little difficult for me as it's over the bath but I managed quite well once I got used to it. The terrace seating is lovely.”
