“My two brothers and I met up for a 3 day fishing trip to Spring Creek. This property was perfect for our mini vacation. The house was very nice, clean and well suited for the number of guests. The location was quiet and close to Spring Creek but not too far from groceries stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. The addition of a washer and dryer would be very beneficial for guests on extended stays. ”

“Super clean and convenient property a stone’s throw from PSU. Served as our home base during the college football playoff weekend. We truly enjoyed the basement / family room area for gathering to watch TV after the Penn State game. Communication with the homeowner was exceptionally timely and there were a host of thoughtful extra touches including chocolates on the beds, access to fresh produce from an indoor tower garden, and the use of a folding table for our tailgate. Would recommend……

“The house and host are top notch. The house is so well stocked. It feels like you’re in a home. The beds are like sleeping in a 5 star hotel. Will always be our first check when we need a place to stay at state college. ”

“I almost want to keep this little cottage a secret. To have a whole house to ourselves, be able to take our dog (who had his own fenced in back yard), and two big beds was amazing! There's a lock box on the front of the house so it was easy to get the key. There was enough comfortable furniture everyone could sit together. The beds were soft and cozy. The heat came up as soon as we turned the heater on. There are couple of minor downsides. The water pressure in the kitchen isn't great -……

“We spent a long weekend venturing around the area and staying at this lovely property! I was surprised when pulling up that neighboring houses were not too far away but there was not much going on around us or noise to be heard. The property was large, the water close by (but not dangerously so,) and the space was gorgeous and relaxing. It was a perfect place for our family with young kiddos (ages 6-8) Exactly as described and as the pictures show! ”

“Great location for fishing, or if you love the outdoors. Swimming, kayaking, tubing, fishing, and even cave tours all close by. Grocery market within 10 minutes if you need to pick something up. House was better than expected, clean, had everything we needed to cook our meals and ‘live’ for the week. Great fishing out front, easy access to the creek. ”
